In regards to that, CommEngine brings you, Campaign by Post! This changes your social customer campaign in a whole new way. The feature enables you to target your customers under a particular post of your social media page. Not only one, you can also select several posts at the same time. Lets see how to do so –

Step 1: Go to CommEngine & find Campaign on the sidebar. Click on it

Step 2: After that select Campaign by Post
.
Step 3: Click next and choose the post, you can also select several posts at the same time

Step 4: Click OK and then hit Next
Step 5: After that your campaign window will appear. Write your campaign message and hit send
.
